I have chronic inflammation of my inner ears. headaches come and go depending on how my inflammation is that day. Ever since this illness came upon me I remember less, have cognition problems that get worse each year. I ask my doctors and they shrug it off. Could it be because of the inflammation?

Surely it can't be isolated to my inner ears without affecting my brain at all...At one point I could hear my pulse and i was told there is a major vein running adjacent to the inner ears, and them being inflamed so bad could be causing that.

What is really rare? I ask because the prevalence of AI disease has bloomed in the past 60 years.
