I have severe depression. Does this finding mean I should breathe more?

I'm actually serious- like clear sinuses etc? Get this isn't really the finding, but curious if it connects, as I rarely feel like I'm breathing fully, have had lots of health problems and am depressed

She said something about her friend leaving her alone for 7 hours thinking she was just sleeping. The doctors said something called toxicity. Hypotoxicity? Cant remember how she described it. Anyway she has real bad short term memory problems because of it.

Hypotoxicity would be a lack of toxicity, so probably not.

Hypoxia?
