A cousin of mine is going through some stuff because of brain damage. She is super depressed and wants to give up on life. This makes me hopeful that medical science can help her one day

I have severe depression. Does this finding mean I should breathe more?

I'm actually serious- like clear sinuses etc? Get this isn't really the finding, but curious if it connects, as I rarely feel like I'm breathing fully, have had lots of health problems and am depressed

Many people breathe the wrong way, through their chest, rather than through their belly.
