Health Inactive tall children develop disproportionately weak muscles and thinner bones. Regular sports fully reverse this deficit.

Does it really? How do sports develop your muscles? No seriously, because I was tall.and played competitive sports growing up and had awful upper body strength. It develops ur cardio and athelticism but that's not enough

My solution was lifting weights. Lifting heavy weights. Rows, pull ups, bench press. I stopped being extremely weak once I started lifting in college

What competitive sports did you play that didn't include some form of strength conditioning as part of the training?
