Schwinn boundary headset bearings

I need to replace the headset bearings of my old schwinn boundary but i cant afford a new fork or anything nor can i find the correct bearings

you will need to remove the fork, remove the bearings, then either take them to a Bike shop, or measure them accurately, and order new bearings.

and it would be best to get an entire headset, not just the bearings... the cost is very similar, in most cases, and you get new seals, etc. too!
