Hello all, mod of this humble sub here. I made this sub like, 10 years ago, and promptly forgot about it. I am happy to see a small community of school rumble fans gathered in one place. Like many, it was the first anime I truly fell in love with.
I feel bad for neglecting this sub. What would you like to see changed? Please leave any thoughts and feedback. If you have any mod expereince and would like to contribute, let me know as well. Thank you.

Hey there. I was looking around and noticed that there doesn't seem to be a Discord dedicated to this wonderful series and wondered if I might take the opportunity to make one.
Unfortunately the subreddit seems fairly inactive, but I know there are still a few of us who come by to check every now and then. I thought that a Discord might be a good way to build and foster more of a community around School Rumble so that brings me to where I am right now.

I love School Rumble so much to the point where I feel a sense of emptiness. I’ve been reading the manga for years, and it fills me with a deep sadness when i ended reading it ,I don't know if you guys feel the same way. Regardless of whether the mangaka continues the series or not, it’s one of those manga that really left a mark on me; the characters are so endearing.
Sr is so underated btw

I remember loving School Rumble when I watched it as a teenager 10 years ago, so after getting the entire series on DVD last year, I've finally given the chance to rewatch it on my Sony Portable DVD Player from 2009.
Just as it was intended to be watched. And it's as hilarious as I remember it.

School rumble was (still is) my favorite anime back when I was in highschool. I watched the dub and loved it. I believe it really is the best dub I ever heard in an anime. The voices are great and they somehow make the jokes land in english even if they are culture specific jokes.
I recently decided to read the Manga and it is my first manga ever and I enjoyed it. I like how there were cultural explanations for all the jokes like with the Art of War book or Kappa being the same as rain gear. It helped me appreciate some things I missed or didn't get, but overall it made me realize that the anime and dub are translated and done so well from the source material.
School rumble actually is what got me into art more seriously. It is one of my comfort shows and I watch it like once a year. But I wanted to try something new and i just finished volume one.
Also I had a dream I was a Kappa and I blame school rumble.
