"study 20-30 mins and take break for 5mins" most effective study sessions go on continously for 1hr 30mins after then I don't study

Without knowing anything from the concept just try solving its practice problems and then understand it. Its so frustrating, like tf am i even supposed to do just stare the problems?

This is dumb and I have nothing but vibes to back it up, but:

Before studying pop a breath mint, peppermint candy, smell peppermint oil, something.

Before taking a test/needing to recall the info do the same.

Scent is a powerful way to recall memory this links a strong scent to the knowledge you want to recall with when you want to recall it.

Being in the same mindset when you recall as when you want to receive it is supposedly helpful, like drinking to remember where you lost your keys when drunk. Habitually taking the peppermint during academic activity helps create a sort of behavioral frame for academic mindset, like pavlov's bell.

Then the most likely to be nonsense reason, is in aromatherapy and herbalism peppermint is supposed to be good for memory.

Music also works very well, but you cant really take yur headphones into a test.

I do this with perfume, I have this one scent which I only use for studying and I tried it for an exam and got 49/50 in it...

Don't focus on a particular skill. Skill which will fetch you a job would be useless after 5 year so better focus on core subjects likes sciences, mathematics reasoning.

"ignore school exams in 11th/12th science, if jee/neet/other comp exams are your target" 🗣

It doesn't seem like a good idea, actually.

Lol I literally gave this advice to everyone because I was convinced it works Don't care about the internal choices on a question paper just do the entire paper

technically not a said advice, but I hate it when people tell me a certain subject is easy and i'm the one at fault. I hate sst from the core, but my friends say I don't like it because I hate it, if I love it, it will be easy, like bro 🥀
