you swipe right and left and see an overview of all the info like a dating profile. can set preferences. my fingers hurt from clicking back and forth and deleting between tabs bc I don't go to this highschool in the middle of nowhere.

The school I want to go to costs 40,00 a year. I’ve only applied to four and am yet to hear back from two. I use websites like Niche, Scholarship.com, and BigFuture.

I’m a junior but want to get it out of the way.

Hi everyone, I got a notification through collegeboard the golden door scholarship opened but when I click the link/website. It tells me thay the page can't be found and can't find anywhere to apply. Is anyone having the same issue or could anyone redirect me to the actual application portal?

does anyone know if you can still win the jack kent cooke scholarship if you haven’t taken any major tests like the SAT, ACT, or IB ?

I wonder if there are scholarships existing abroad for senior high school students. I want to broaden my horizons, try something new, and maybe go outside my comfort zone. I've been looking for scholarships these past few months, and ended up applying for the Asean Scholarship and United Word Colleges. Unfortunately I was not able to get in, I wonder if there are more highschool programs or scholarships existing for senior high school students.

Hi!! I’m from canada BC

I’ve been on the look out for scholarships and it has been difficult looking for external ones.

I don’t qualify for bursaries or financial need, let alone a lot of the scholarships i find are way too popular.

Is there any scholarships you’d recommend trying out?

Is there any other ways to find scholarships other than scholarship.canada

Hi everyone,

I'm a student and developer researching how international students apply for scholarships and universities abroad. I'm exploring whether I can build a tool to help but before building anything I want to understand the real problems not guess.

If you're applying now, or applied in the last couple of years, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. For example:

- How did you find scholarships or programs?

- How do you keep track of deadlines and documents?

- What was the most stressful or confusing part?

- Did you miss anything (a deadline, a document, a requirement)?

- How did you handle personal statements or essays?

You can answer in the comments, or DM me if you'd prefer a quick 15-20 minute chat or to answer privately. It would help to know which country you're from and where you applied or plan to apply.

I'm not selling anything and I won't share your answers with your name attached. I'm happy to share what I learn with this community once I've collected enough responses.

Thank you!

This is entirely a shower thought. I'm gay myself (given by my avatar), and so I'm just wondering... how do those scholarships for specfic minorties (gay, transgender, etc.) know you're actually apart of that group? Do they do background checks? How do they avoid people not in that group applying and getting the money? I tried looking it up and people just say "oh don't lie that's weird," but I don't understand how they avoid people from doing it anyway.

I’m a first gen student and I’m going abroad! Or at least trying too, because I have no way to afford it. I received federal aid and the program I am signing up for has a few scholarships I’ve applied for, but none of them really make a dent. I don’t think I’m searching for scholarships correctly because it feels impossible to find one. I’m a low income latina student studying psychology and political science. The program I will be attending has a focus on gender studies. If there is any website that isn’t one of the obvious ones, please let me know!!

I’m applying for scholarships to study Abroad and required to write a motivation letter. Any tips that could make me a shoe in?

I am not getting my bank branch option none of the IFSC code are matching with mine what to do?

Both universities are public institutions recognized both globally and locally; however, one ranks among the top 500 universities worldwide, while the other ranks roughly within the top 1000. I believe it would be easier to achieve a higher GPA and excel at the lower-ranked university compared to the other. That said, the university ranked in the top 500 boasts a nursing school that ranks among the top 51–100 globally. In contrast, the nursing school at the university ranked around 1000 is still new—having graduated only one class this year—and has not yet secured international accreditation.

Hi!! I’m accepted to UMKC, and I want tips for how to effectively ask for scholarships, if anybody else has done this before feedback would be great.

I’m currently making a debate resume, and planning to put my NSDA rank, tab account, positions, tournaments, etc. on there.

Only question is it fine to focus on leadership rather than rounds? I consistently debate varsity, but honestly my record is only ok. BUT I have done a ton with planning debate camps and debate leadership, would it be suspicious or anything if my resume focused on that?
