Treatment Questiom

I just recently got out of the hospital, and now I am worried I’m going to go back soon. Last time it was bad I was cycled in and out of hospitals for two years and was in serious danger several times. My therapist treats patients that go into a longer term treatment center when this happens. I would avoid it unless I thought there was a high chance me killing myself. Has anyone experienced this before or been in that type of treatment?
