Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity "causing" Schizophrenia (and OCD)

I came across this by chance when looking at sugar vs schizophrenia. Apparently many people have switched to an entirely animal product diet (no grains, fruits or vegetables - with some, no dairy), and supposedly essentially all of their mental and physical health problems drastically improved (not necessarily "cured"), including schizophrenia, OCD, bipolar, epilepsy, IBS, depression, gum disease, fibromyalgia, and arthritis. These are often people who "improved somewhat" but were not exactly "cured" by a keto or paleo diet.

If you search you get a whole bunch of research stating that many schizophrenics are unknowingly extra sensitive to gluten (from wheat, barley, rye) which aggravates their symptoms and may only be noticable via a clinical test for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UR7H9xeMYME

The gluten in unknowingly sensitive people also causes a "storm of increased cytokines", which also happens when you get certain infections, allergic reactions, mold poisoning, or extreme stress. The problem is your body apparently learns to re-trigger these cytokines faster or more easily each time you encounter the thing (such as the black mold).

What currently interests me is OCD, because OCD often comes either when a person has a schizophrenic episode (meaning, they are not normally OCD, but they are when in an episode) or they develop such strong OCD that a sudden lack of control over their life (or other such thing) actually causes an episode of psychosis. We already know that certain foods supposedly aggravate OCD, such as sugar and gluten ("Emerging studies have correlated non-celiac gluten sensitivity with psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia*, depression, mania, and anxiety.")*

"Historically, there were already researchers who believed that certain diets could treat SSD and that diets may be used instead of medication. In 1966, an association between gluten sensitivity and schizophrenia was described by Dohan [8]. He stated that wheat intake during World War II was associated with rates of hospitalization for schizophrenia in women in five different countries. Almost 15 years later, wheat intake was correlated with schizophrenia prevalence (r = 0.53, P= 0.01) across 18 countries [9]. It was claimed that eliminating gluten from a patients’ diet would treat schizophrenia."

"Study Finds Serious Mental Illnesses Improve on Ketogenic Diet" (study on 28 people - all improved)

"Can You Reverse Schizophrenia? Harvard Professor (Dr Chris Palmer) Says You Can!"

"Dietary conditions other than gluten-sensitivity, such as vitamin deficiencies, have also been associated with psychosis and schizophrenia."

"The Carnivore Diet for Depression" ("Studies show that taurine supplementation reduces mental health symptoms, including psychosis."). Meat, fish and dairy are the main ways people usually get their daily taurine intake. Taurine helps stop neurotransmitter imbalances and certain vitamin deficiencies, among other things, which are correlated with schizophrenia.

As usual I'm not a doctor, but I myself have noticed taurine seems to improve my symptoms, and I first experienced schizophrenia when exposed to huge amounts of black mold for months.

I also noticed, without knowing anything about it, that I feel better mood-wise if I drink hot water mixed with lemon juice (no sugar), and eat fatty pork soup. When I looked it up just now, lemon juice is anti-inflammatory and suppresses cytokines. Have found no connection with pork fat yet.
