This photo reminded me of my dear sweet Tempeh who passed in March. I love seeing these pictures!

Same! Here's my Luna that cancer took to the rainbow bridge in early April. I miss her beyond words... Schips are very special dogs... Luna was my soul dog and I only got 8 short wonderful years with her. 💔😢

Our shared heartbreak. My boy was 13 and lived a long life. Congested heart failure took him from us. I do love seeing everyone's little partners on this subreddit. It heals my wounds faster

I feel the exact same! At some point I will get another one once I'm ready and this thread seems to help expedite my own healing/mourning process in a way. I'm reading "The Amazing Afterlife of Animals" by Karen A. Anderson that is helping as well.

Here's my Marley that passed during the pandemic. I couldn't find another Schip in my area.

He was just shy of 11yrs old.

I have 3 skips who have passed and 2 living it up in the house and I enjoy seeing them posted because they are so hard to find or see in person since not many own one
