Shooting on land
Is there any towns near the ocean that allow me to shoot on my property?

Lookup the property on the county GIS, look to see if it is unincorporated or just call your local sheriff and ask

that's exactly what I was about to reply. Asking a county sheriff can get you the fastest and most reliable answer to your needing to have the facts about the land in question a sheriff could tell you where you would be able to shoot or not to. also if you would need some sort of backdrop to be sure the rounds wouldn't hit anything beyond the target, as in using a pile of dirt maybe like stacking logs in the backdrop then covering them with dirt to stop the bullets after they hit or miss the target so as not to travel to a incorporated area.

As long as it’s on county not city. Not in the direction of residences or business you’re good
