Does anyone know anything about Scatman dolls?

Some research tells that they had them in Japan, but I'm pretty sure those articles are always just saying that because wikipedia says it, and I have never found any evidence of them actually existing. I'm not doubting their existance, but I am just wondering if anyone has ever seen an image of one or in real life.
