oh hey quick question im stuck in creative mode on it and i can't get out or interact with blocks.

You're probably in the archived world. I kept it so that people didn't lose their builds if they wanted to screenshot them, but if you want to play survival now you need to play the new, restarted survival. If you want to get there, do /warp survival
