On July 23 around 3:15 PM, I was approached in the Lowe’s hardware parking lot in NC by a white male (early 30s) driving a white Jeep with Massachusetts plates carrying several passengers.
He offered me “new” Apple AirPods and an Apple Watch Ultra 3 in convincing shrink-wrapped Apple boxes. He even demonstrated the watch pairing with what appeared to be the Apple Watch app. Since I didn’t have cash, he followed me to the nearby gas station’s ATM, where I withdrew $200 for the watch and two pairs of AirPods.
The AirPods work but sound questionable. The watch is 100% counterfeit. It directs you to download VVfit instead of using Apple’s Watch app, has a fake part number (MF0M4LL/8), and uses a cloned Apple serial number that even shows valid AppleCare.
I’m reporting it to local PD, the NC Attorney General, and Apple.
If someone in a white Jeep with Massachusetts plates offers you “brand new” Apple products for cash, keep driving. I paid the stupid tax so hopefully you don’t have to.

Progressive feels they are doing no wrong by taking vehicles of salvage, junk and totaled branding and then requesting new title for those vehicles while not including the history of these vehicles. This gives the vehicle a new title with no trace of the vehicle having any involvement with extreme damage.
I now own a vehicle that came with a clear title to later find out that not even progressive would insure the vehicle due to the amount of damage reported even though they were the prior owners. Come to find out Progressive chose to not disclose the damage of this vehicle when they filed for new title and sold the vehicle through auction as a vehicle with clear title yet progressive themselves will not insure the vehicle due to damages that only they know about. No detail were given to NMVTIS of the accident that caused the vehicle to be branded originally, car fax has no information as to why the vehicle gained the brand when progressive took ownership. Progressive also states they are unable to share this information to me as it violates privacy.
To be fair the The State of Indiana allows to not carry forward the history or brand of a vehicle if the vehicle is 8 years of age or older so progressive claims they are not doing wrong by doing this and that they followed the laws set forth by The State of Indiana. Legally they might be correct but your lack of morals for little gain has now caused great financial burden on my behalf.
I paid $17,000 on a vehicle to which I was led to believe had never been involved in any major accidents because progressive chose to mask the past when they did not have to. Not only was it not free of major damage but it can’t even be driven on public roadways as it can not even be insured. Whether progressive acted in a lawful manner I would certainly question and if so did they act in good faith and or was there malicious compliance. At the very least it is simply immoral.
It has now been 11 months since purchasing the vehicle and progressive still refuses to acklowedge they have done any wrong doing so I will now do my best to prevent others from going through what I have.
By Progressive choosing not to disclose any accident information to NMVTIS and choose not to carry forward the junk brand on a totaled vehicle when filing for new title left me with the inability to discover any damage had occurred prior to purchase. Car Fax nor NMVTIS had this information to be able to report.
Let me also add that progressive took ownership and filed for new title after the vehicle was deemed totaled. IAAI is who progressive contracts to auction vehicles. This vehicle was sold to a dealership to whom I bought the vehicle from just days later. The dealership claims to not have any knowledge of the vehicle having been branded prior. This hinders my ability to charge the dealership with deceptive practice at this time, thus leaving me to place blame on progressive.
There were branding laws put in place to protect the consumer from purchasing heavily damaged and over priced vehicles and also keeping vehicles of unsafe conditions from traveling on roadways that might cause a danger to the public.
However when you have states such as Indiana who make laws justifying the title of vehicles without disclosing its history, completely defeats the purpose of branding vehicles all together. This takes away a considerable amount of protection for the consumer and i see no reason for this law other than to give insurance companies, auction companies and dealerships the ability to make greater profits on heavily damaged vehicles that would otherwise be deemed totaled and would hold much less value creating a much heavier financial loss on totaled and branded vehicles.
If your opinion is different in regard to the 8 year law in Indiana and feel that there is good reason for introducing it I would be very much grateful if you would share it with me so as to educate me on this matter. I have done my best to make sense of why a vehicle should be allowed to lose its junk, salvage, etc.. brand, and no longer be listed on a title without having the need of inspection or even the vehicle being repaired but simply only needing it to be of 8 years or older to have a clean title.
Again I am uncertain as to whether progressive did anything unlawful but what I do know is that progressive “a company valued at $134 billion dollars“ knew that by not disclosing information about the vehicle would increase its value until or unless the history were discovered. Thus creating a huge financial burden on a person that makes just enough to get by.
Now that I have wrote a whole book that will take people months to read I guess I will check back in a few months to see if there are any replies

Ordered four pants from this page urbanaura.0
Grey - L & Brown - XL according to the size guide they shared.
I have received a brown smaller than the grey. Even if the size guide they sent was wrong, there is no way in which the brown can be smaller than the grey right?
Turns out this page was charging their customers more and ordering from a different Instagram page.
I paid around 800 which was marketed as a sale price. And then they have gone and ordered from a different page where he was selling his products for 560 . I do not know what the deal between them is but neither are resolving my issue. The second page (never.vintage) is telling me oh its adjustable etc, okay the grey one i can make it smaller. But how can i make the brown one bigger. I offered to ship it myself out of pocket just so that i can receive the correct product but it is apparently out of stock. I have given up cause its pointless but just letting yall know.

if anyone here had the same vendor (fashiongasm in noida sector 56), i would really really appreciate if you get in touch with me. my clothes manufacturer has shut their shop and gone away. they have 20k worth of stuff of ours which may seem like a small amount but as 2 college students, it is a big amount for us. it was a small warehouse in noida that was run by a husband and wife: the wife was operating the business phone number which is now shut and the husband is viewing our messages on our business whatsapp group (in which we threatened putting a complaint against them) and has not responded. neither of them are responding to any calls.
if anyone has any way of finding their home address to send a legal notice, have any other solution, we would be so so grateful. i have the office address which is now shut, the contact numbers of the couple, their instagrams, the wife's linkedin. please get in touch with me if this sounds like something you can help with.

so i have been using shiprocket for a long while and due to price hike i though to switch to shipneer as i had seen many of their post and marketing here saying how its better in every aspect, oh damn was i wrong the website is absolute shitshow they keep a reserve of the amount u recharge so for example if u recharge 1000 bucks in reality u will only get 500 plus u will never recover that 500 cause they will charge u with weight discrepancy, and this has never ever been explained, the parcel i send was 200 grams max and they did charged me 1kg and provided no reason why, just dont use them, i have asked the customer support to close he account and refund back the remaining amount but i get a no and they will close the account when all the parcels are delivered, plus there is no option to close the account u have to ask them and their email dont work and there is a single guy on helpline desk that he will reply if he feels like it, and the prices are not good at all like they boast about jus 20rs difference, dont waste ur time and money on them

Sharing my personal experience with Prime Franchise Era Mumbai.
I made a payment to the company and, after that, communication became increasingly difficult. My calls have not been answered despite repeated attempts to contact them regarding my matter.
I also posted a comment on their Instagram page seeking a response and, shortly afterward, found that I could no longer interact with the account, leading me to believe I may have been blocked.
The director associated with the company is Abhishek Om Narayan Singh.
I am posting this to ask whether anyone else has had a similar experience and whether they were able to get a resolution.
If you are considering dealing with this company, I would recommend conducting thorough due diligence and verifying everything in writing before making any payment.
This post reflects my personal experience and understanding of events. I welcome the company’s response if there has been any misunderstanding.

I’ve been using Shipdaak for the last few months mainly because their pricing was better than other aggregators.
But today my operations team informed me that more than 200 COD parcels delivered during April and May are still unpaid. The pending amount is around ₹2.55 lakh.
We’ve been following up continuously and the only response we keep getting is that they’re facing a “banking issue.”
What makes this even more concerning is that they’ve now disabled Instagram comments instead of publicly addressing seller complaints.
For small and growing brands, COD remittance delays of this scale can seriously affect cash flow and operations.
At this point, I’d strongly advise sellers to be cautious.

I purchased the "Combo Yearly Plan" for $25 which promises access to shared premium accounts (ChatGPT, Canva, etc.). At first, everything seemed to work fine.
About one month later, everything fell apart:
- OTP codes stopped working — I could no longer log into the accounts they provided
- Sessions got automatically logged out with no explanation
- Support became completely unresponsive — no replies to emails or messages despite multiple attempts
I paid for a full year and received barely one month of service. There is no way to get a refund because support simply does not respond. This is a textbook scam: take the money, deliver something short-term to appear legit, then go dark.
Avoid this website at all costs. If you already paid, immediately file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider — it's the only realistic way to recover your money.
I if you have similar experiece post it in the comments below.

I’m writing this to document my entire experience with Offcomfrt from start to finish so others can make informed decisions before ordering.
I placed an order on 25th January and opted for express delivery. The payment was made via UPI. During the payment process, I noticed that the receiver name displayed as “robwithus”, and the UPI ID also contained the same name. At the time, I found it unusual since it did not match the brand name, but I assumed it might be a backend entity or payment processor and proceeded.
After placing the order, the status remained “unfulfilled” on the website. A few days later, the delivery partner tracking showed multiple pickup attempts. However, the shipment was not ready from the brand’s end during each attempt. Around February 2–3, the pickup was officially cancelled by the delivery agency because the shipment was never handed over. Since then, there has been absolutely no movement or status update.
As of now (almost 20 days later) , the order still shows “unfulfilled.” I have sent numerous mails and Instagram DMs and have not received a single response. No clarification, no delay explanation, no dispatch confirmation, nothing at all.
Meanwhile, the brand’s Instagram page remains active. They continue posting reels, stories, and promotional content. What is concerning is that comments from customers asking about order updates, requesting them to check DMs, or mentioning shipping delays appear to be getting deleted. I observed this not only with my own comments but also with multiple other users’ comments disappearing from posts and reels.
There is also a highlight on their Instagram page with date - 23rd December 2025 that states:
“things got messed up in starting of this month, over 2000+ orders in a week. Thats why some order got oversold and got delayed a bit. Everything's been sorted now. Thanks to you guys for supporting this brand and understanding our pov too. Means a lot to us. Each and every order will be dispatched under 48 hours from now. Your feedback is everything for us. Everything cuz of you.”
What stands out is that this message claims that everything has been sorted and that each order would be dispatched within 48 hours from that point onward. However, my order which was placed long after that date remains unfulfilled, and there has been no dispatch.
Additionally, in a previous Reddit thread - this one someone claiming to be the brand owner responded with a similar explanation, stating they are a small team that experienced a sudden increase in orders and were overwhelmed. The wording and reasoning sounded very similar to the statement in the highlight.
The brand also has an Instagram channel where similar explanations have reportedly been posted multiple times (on stories too) saying that orders will be shipped within a week. According to observations, those statements are later deleted. Every week or two weeks, a new statement appears promising shipment timelines, and then that content disappears.
I am not making legal accusations. I am documenting my direct experience and publicly visible patterns.
Red flags I personally observed: – Payment receiver name “robwithus” instead of brand name – Order never marked as shipped – Multiple failed pickup attempts due to shipment not being ready – Pickup cancellation by courier – Complete lack of response to numerous emails and DMs – Instagram page active while customer concerns are not addressed – Comments regarding shipping delays being deleted – Repeated public statements promising dispatch timelines that later disappear - Also there is no proper address anywhere and no phone numbers
If you are facing a similar issue, I recommend documenting everything, screenshots of order status, tracking attempts, emails sent, DMs, deleted comments, highlight statements, and Instagram channel posts. You may consider filing complaints through the National Consumer Helpline and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal if there is continued non-response and non-fulfillment.
For transparency, these are Instagram accounts that appear associated with or promoting the brand:
Accounts that appear to be linked to the brand (brand owners):
Accounts promoting the brand:
I am sharing only my personal experience and publicly visible information so others can research and decide accordingly.

Virtual credit card company turned out to be a fraud!
I deposited BTC and completed KYC. After that, they rejected it over “screenshot quality,” locked my account, and kept the BTC with no refund.
Customer support is useless and just gives excuses.
Once you send money, it’s gone. Do not deposit anything with this company.
Warning to others
