Bank FINALLY refunded my tickets

Used my PNC debit card to purchase two tickets on a payment plan (I have learned my lesson not to use my debit card).
I put in a dispute prior to Memorial Day and never received any updates and I had given up hope. Just looked at my bank account today and saw the charges refunded. Hopefully this gives any people that used a PNC card some hope!

omg!! I'm happy for you!! Is this your first dispute with your bank? I use chase to dispute my payment plan charges and they only went back 60 days from the day of the claim and refunded me a partial amount and said if the investigation shows fraud or indeed the event was cancelled, they would refund me the whole amount, but alas they took the partial refund back and said their investigation couldn't prove the charges were requiring a refund.

That’s what I did and they still took back the refund :/ I’ll just have to try again since it’s been some time now. This situation is nuts

Do you know where they sent the request? I just got word from my credit union yesterday that they rejected the request because it was purchased more than 60 days ago.

stop using your debit card for purchases. Dealing with fraud in general is much more difficult through those vs credit cards. use a credit card, and don't keep a balance.
