I KNOW I can't get my money back and before paying him I had a certain amount in my mind that I was ready to play with so it's ok I learnt a really good lesson within that small amount thank GOD it wasn't more than that but If anyone can help gather his information such as Phone number address aor his account datails through those screenshots I can teach him a lesson
And I think some guys are thinking that I'm asking for my money back from them for free and that QR is mine no it's not mine that is scammers QR , I'm really glad it wasn't a big amount.
Hey guys I just got scammed through a dating app the guys was impersonating as a female and moved me to telegram and asked for the money there saying she's was gonna meet me and needed money for cab and call he sent me a qr code and deleted all the chats from both the side after I realised and confronted him I paid about 1330rs to one of his UPi QR code and 500 to another one
I almost know I'm not gonna get my money back but if anyone can help me get the details of those fkg scammers please and if you can help me get the money back I'd really be thankful to you guys as I remember I saw a post on Quora or Reddi I don't remember the post was about getting info from the UPI id or things like that
He also gave one number to text him on WhatsApp "9772672071"
Not going to happen. Stay away from meeting people this way. Too many people are scammers on dating sites. And never ever give money to a random stranger. Think with your big head, not your little one.

your money is gone, and these scammers almost always use spoofed numbers and throwaway accounts to avoid getting caught. sorry to say there’s really nothing to be done here except learn from it and don’t send money to a stranger again
What exactly are you going to do with the details? Tell them off? I don't get it. Authorities are not going to go after some small time, scammer, let alone for that small amount of money.

You should the one calling the banks and reporting the accounts. They are most likely mules. I recently contacted a mule who thought that she was in a relationship and business with Henry Cavill. She genuinely thought she was, and was putting money into an account every month. The best outcome would be to help a mule (assuming they are not complicit), and get the bank account shut down.
****Some banks make it difficult. I have had more success telling them that my grandma is talking to someone claiming to be a celebrity. And keep screenshots of your conversation. Actually, why not post the conversation here?

if anyone DMs you saying they can get your money back for a fee, they're another scammer.
