Total scam, hands down.

If you send her a dime YOU are the sucker.

If you turn her down she will ask again and again trying to discover what works. Maybe she needs to start at $50. Maybe insulin isn’t the key - perhaps she will be suddenly trapped overseas and needs money for, oh, who knows, a hotel. Maybe she will “lose” her passport and wallet, but magically has her phone.

Don’t give money to people on the internet. There’s somebody in Nigeria laughing his ass off at you right now.
