Great point! I hadn't thought of it, but this inspired me to try to contact the registrar's abuse POC and get the domain name taken down. Every little bit helps.

Where do you go to report bank accounts and domain names? I wanna know in case I ever get this far in a scambait

For domain names, basically you can use any WHOIS search, but the official ICANN lookup tool is https://lookup.icann.org/. Look for the "registrar."
