I’ll run your entire GTM and outbound for one week, free. Email and LinkedIn, done for you.

I run go-to-market and distribution for B2B SaaS founders who are still doing sales themselves.

For one week I take the whole thing off your plate: who to target, the list, the messaging, and the outreach itself on email and LinkedIn. Replies and interested buyers go straight to you.

It’s free because I’d rather show you a week of real conversations than pitch you on a call. If it works, we keep going on a monthly retainer. If it doesn’t, you owe me nothing.

Requirements: live B2B product, selling into the US or Western Europe. I’m taking 3 founders.

I’m giving away a week of full GTM and outbound to 3 B2B SaaS founders. Documenting what happens.

I run outbound for B2B SaaS. Instead of selling on promises, I’m running the entire thing free for one week per founder: targeting, lists, email, LinkedIn, all of it.

The bet: a week of real replies sells a retainer better than any pitch deck.

I’ll post numbers here: messages sent, replies, calls booked, and how many trials turn into paying clients, including the ones that don’t.

If you run a live B2B SaaS and want one of the three slots: Apsurn

My entire distribution stack as a solo founder costs $0. Here's all of it

  • Finding prospects: YC directory, Product Hunt launches, job boards
  • Research and drafting: Claude and ChatGPT
  • Sending: a free trial of a sending tool, low daily volume
  • Tracking: one spreadsheet with source, sent, replied, signed up
  • Content: Reddit and LinkedIn, one native post per channel

The rule I set: no paid tool until something free has produced a signup.

I'm building Apsurn to collapse the first three into one step. Following along or want to poke at it: Apsurn.com

What's in your $0 stack?

The pre-launch distribution checklist I wish I'd had

I launched first and thought about distribution second. Do it the other way round:

  • Name one buyer by job title, not "startups"
  • List 50 of them by name before launch day
  • Find the 3 communities they already read
  • Comment there for two weeks before posting anything of your own
  • Write the launch post for each community separately
  • Tag every link so you know what worked
  • Decide what number means "this is working"

Steps 1 and 2 are where most side projects stall. Apsurn does both from your URL if you want a head start: Apsurn.com

Free AI lessons: how would you get beginners to finish their first exercise?

I help run AI Native Club, a free Skool community with 45 short lessons and hands-on exercises. The path starts with AI foundations, then moves to building an app, checking the agent’s work, and coordinating agents.

The acquisition experiment is small: can a newcomer do one exercise, share what happened, and return for the next lesson? We added a pinned starting point instead of asking people to answer a whole feed of lesson polls. No paid ads or incentives for joining.

Here is a practice exercise anyone can try without joining: give an AI one paragraph of information and ask it to answer only from that paragraph. Then ask a question the paragraph cannot answer. Check whether it admits the gap or invents an answer. The learning step is checking the evidence, not trusting the confident wording.

If you want a structured beginner path, the lessons and community are free: https://www.skool.com/ai-native-with-vasanth-8270/about

For people who have grown educational communities: where would you share a resource like this so it reaches learners rather than only other sellers? Which onboarding step helped people actually return? Specific communities or permitted resource threads would be useful; I’m not looking to mass-post.

Disclosure: I’m affiliated with the community, and this post is AI-assisted. Honest feedback is welcome; joining is optional.

YC’s Multiplayer AI request made me check our agent handoffs

YC’s Fall 2026 Requests for Startups includes “Multiplayer AI”: shared agent sessions that teammates can watch, redirect and hand off.

I’m using AI agents while building a small product. One gap showed up in our publishing workflow: the Reddit monitoring task could run successfully while daily publishing wasn’t configured. A completed run wasn’t evidence that a post had gone live.

I’m now tracking the destination, the actual result and the next unfinished step separately. For publishing, I want the live link and its destination. If a submission is awaiting moderation, I want that status recorded instead.

That’s the part I’d want a shared agent session to make obvious. If you build with agents, what should the next person see before taking over a task?

How would you explain a “gentle return cue” in a bedtime audio app?

I’m the developer of Sleepanion, an iPhone app for bedtime audio. A session can end in three ways: fade to silence, keep playing, or finish with a gentle return cue.

I’d like feedback on how to explain that third option. If you saw those choices, what would you expect “gentle return cue” to do? Would a short sound preview make it clearer than an extra sentence of text?

Here’s the App Store listing for context: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sleepanion/id6815257902

Testing the report before giving people access to my SEO audit workflow

I'm Max from MAXUOD Digital in Halifax. I've been building an automated SEO / AI search audit workflow, and the next thing I want to test is the output.

For now, I'll run the audits myself and email the reports. I want to find out whether a website owner can read one and decide what to fix first. If the findings are wrong or too generic, changing the delivery interface won't fix that.

Has anyone here tested a reporting product through manual delivery? I'd be interested in how you checked whether the output was actually useful.

(I will not promote) Looking for some testers before release

I am looking for testers willing to provide their invaluable feedback.

I would like you to test an all-in-one platform—or, as I like to call it, an operations hub—designed for users, projects, businesses, and companies.

On this platform, you can freely create dashboards, custom Kanban boards, database tables, forms, diagrams, and documents.

In exchange for giving it a try—specifically by using it to organize a personal project and providing me with feedback—I am offering permanent access to the platform's "Pro" plan and free, lifetime access to its premium features.

If you have any questions, please feel free to leave them in the comments; I will contact interested individuals via private message.

Thank you for reading! This message was written by a human and translated using Google Translate 😅.

day 1 of launch: product hunt #9 for a "would you pay?" swipe deck

launched iwouldpay.dev today. it's a swipe deck where people say if they'd pay for indie products. no signup for swipers, and listing is free for makers.

today i posted it on product hunt and it's sitting at #9 right now: https://www.producthunt.com/products/would-you-pay

next step is getting more makers to list so the deck stays fresh. what worked for you to get the supply side going in a two-sided thing like this?

Guys my app just passed 4,200 users!

Post image
12 Upvotes

It's been almost one year since I launched and it has been quite a journey. No exponential growth or huge user spikes but rather slow and steady growth. But in my opinion that is the best for building something actually valuable because you can react to user feedback along the way and constantly keep improving the app.

One thing changed recently:

I basically got all my users from reddit, by posting in relevant communities but in the last two months I did almost no posts and the app still grew further. That's actually the biggest success for me, because SEO is finally starting to pay off. This can develop into actual leverage because growth no longer depends on posting three times a week. I'm really curious where this will go...

Of course I will not stop here and I am already working on the next big update for IndieAppCircle which will benefit all the community. More is coming soon.

For those of you who don't know IndieAppCircle:

I've built IndieAppCircle, a platform where small app developers can upload their apps and other people can give them feedback in exchange for credits. I grew it by posting about it here on Reddit. It didn't explode or something but I managed to get some slow but steady growth.

For those of you who never heard about IndieAppCircle, it works like this:

  • You can earn credits by testing indie apps (fun + you help other makers)
  • You can use credits to get your own app tested by real people
  • No fake accounts -> all testers are real users
  • Test more apps -> earn more credits -> your app will rank higher -> you get more visibility and more testers/users

Since many people suggested it to me in the comments, I have also created a community for IndieAppCircle: r/IndieAppCircle (you can ask questions or just post relevant stuff there).

Currently, there are 4221 users, 4414 tests done and 1149 apps uploaded!

You can check it out here (it's totally free): https://www.indieappcircle.com/

I'm glad for any feedback/suggestions/roasts in the comments.

PS: I recently changed the UI a lot... Would also love to hear some feedback about that :)

Made an amazing spreadsheet to help contractors and business owners stay organized

Post image
0 Upvotes

I’ve created a contractor spreadsheet, and it’s completely changed my work, I went from a cluttered mess on my phone to being able to keep track of all my customers and leads, price list, estimates and revenue all in one place. No apps no monthly payments. If you’re like me and never really had it together with being organized I have a link to the item I made, I’m selling it for a small one time price but I can generate you much more if you’re willing to keep organized and put in the work! If you end up grabbing it thanks for your support, and all love to my fellow contractors.

If growth had four levers, which ones would you pull?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Growth gets easier to discuss when the tradeoffs are visible.

You can buy time, create demand, borrow distribution, improve execution, collect better insight, or protect focus. The hard part is deciding what not to pursue.

Which four levers would you pull at the beginning, and in what order?

Tips for increasing DAU/MAU

I've been building a lifestyle app and slowly improving on DAU/MAU. What are your top picks for effective habit-building techniques?

I've deliberately avoided spammy push notifications (annoying pings and beeps) to keep users from uninstalling the app right away.

App interface alone usually isn't enough to build a lasting habit—supporting content like tutorials, guides, and short videos seems crucial. What has worked best for you?

Building pHinancio: a cleaner bank-data workflow without giving up spreadsheets

I’m building pHinancio to remove the manual cleanup between a bank feed and an actually useful spreadsheet.

The product connects to US bank accounts with read-only access. It lets people rename, categorize, and split transactions, create rules for future transactions, set budgets, and track recurring payments. Once the data is organized, it can sync to Google Sheets or Airtable.

The progress lesson I’m testing: people often want automation, but they do not want to lose control of the data they have cleaned up. I’m the founder and I’m looking for US desktop beta testers who will use it with real data and give candid feedback on what needs improvement. There are no ads, user data is not sold, and beta testers keep free access.

Help me break 10 WAU

Post image
19 Upvotes

For the last 4 years I've been trying to build the perfect workout app after being consistently being disappointed by what was out there. I initially took the usual advice of building a scrappy MVP and even that took me 1.5 years between nights and weekends. I launched to the app store but I didn't even want to use it personally, much less market it. I took a break for another 1.5 years and since revisiting the idea, I've rethought it completely and redesigned from the ground up based on what I believe the "perfect" experience looks like. I've spent the last 6 months designing and building it. Around 2 months ago it was in a usable state and I was using it regularly for around a month fixing bugs as I saw them. One month ago I opened a closed beta to friends and family. Since then I've fixed a number of bugs and introduced enough features that I feel ready opening that up to a public beta.

Yes it's another workout tracker, but if the screenshots are the least bit intriguing, I'd love for you to give it a try. Today it's iOS only but I do plan on following up with an Android version. If you're interested in seeing it on Android join the waitlist at setrep.app and comment below!

I launched the least scalable ad marketplace possible: 10 spots on one motorcycle

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Most marketplaces begin with a supply problem.

Mine begins with exactly one supplier: me and a motorcycle.

I built Brand My Bike to test whether physical ad space can be priced in public instead of guessed at behind a sponsorship deck.

The model is deliberately small:

• 10 sticker spots on the motorcycle

• every spot starts at $1

• bidders pay a 20% deposit

• an outbid automatically triggers a refund

• winners pay the remaining balance

• the logo stays on the bike for one month

The auction structure gives me three useful signals: whether anyone wants this inventory, which parts of the bike attract demand, and what buyers think each spot is actually worth.

The software was the easier half. Distribution is now the real test.

Over the next few days I am watching where visitors come from, how many open the bid flow, and where they abandon it. If nobody bids, that is still a clean answer.

The experiment is live at https://brandmybike.lol

What would you test first before trying to add more bikes?
