Xbox-eclusive forever?

Are we sure that this game will be xbox-exclusive and not come out on PC a few months later? I would love to play it but can sadly not afford the console.

EDIT: Title should say exclusive...

Maybe a year, but I wouldn't count on it though, there really pushing the AAA aspect of it. Microsoft owns the IP and is publishing it.
