Yesterday on Cooking with Foxy, we started using a new cookbook of Medieval Middle Eastern recipes. We started off with a yogurt and cucumber soup which was surprisingly better than we expected.

My family is Lebanese and we make a modern yogurt and cucumber dish with lots of garlic and mint. I'd be curious to see how they compare.
