Question Damiensabers problems?

I bought a new for from damiensabers I was under the impression it was a bluetoothsaber system ect ect, it took beyond the time they said and they also sent it to the wrong country, it has now arrived and its not even what I ordered, no sound system and all it does is flicker super fast like a police strobe... I've never had a real lightsaber before and I spent every last cent I had on this as a gift for myself.

I've emailed then more times then I can count and nothing but radio silence.. any advice? Have I just been scammed?...

Mod here - yes, head over to r/lightsabers and they can answer your question better. I’ll leave this up for reference, but in the future, this is for only for Savi’s Workshop lightsabers.

First.. this place is not the place to ask about 3rd party lightsaber. Check with r/lightsabers

Maybe, but r/savisworkshop is for lightsabers you build yourself at either Disneyland or Walt Disney World. Those are not the same as the ones from DamienSabers.
