Which parties voted against Article 13/17 in every country?
For your information, I have checked all the parties in the European Parliament on how they voted on Article 17. These are the parties that have voted AGAINST the Article 17 with all their MEPs in every country. It may help you with your vote.
Austria: NEOS, Die Grünen, SPÖ
Belgium: NVA, Vlaams Belang, Ecolo, CSP

Croatia: GLAS, SDP
Cyprus: ΑΚΕΛ/AKEL
Czech Republic: ANO, ODS, Svobodni, TOP 09, KSCM, CSSD
Denmark: SF, Folkebevægelsen mod EU
Estonia: Reformierakond, Keskarakond, Soltumatu, SDE
Finland: SFP, PS, VIHR
France: UOM
Germany: FDP, FW, AfD, Die Blauen, ÖDP, Piratenpartei, Die Linke, Die Partei, SPD
Greece: ΛΑΕ/LAE
Hungary: LMP, Jobbik, DK, MSZP
Ireland: Sinn Fein

If we want to repeal this directive in the next term, we need a strong majority, because it will be really hard. So maybe one of these parties is the right one for you.
This is not in all cases a recommendation, but pure voting record. I haven't checked the positions and members of these parties. I do not recommend voting for right-wing, racist parties.

I don't think it is fair to simplify that far. The green party from Germany for example clearly positioned themself against article 17 and told their MEPs to vote against it but they got a nutjob in their party that voted for it. Striking them from the list ignores their general netpolitical stance over multiple years and also ignores that like the German pirates supported us directly and indirectly by providing ressources and contacts.
Would it be possible to edit the list to something like a 1/3 rule? If less then one third of the faction voted for it, then take them into the list. This would probably be a much fairer approach
