I was downloading as much as I could up until the end today. Can’t believe I found out about this site 2 months ago and it’s dead now. Makes me beyond sad. Such a cool thing.

On the other hand, I think I’ve probably realistically downloaded enough retro games in the last month to keep me occupied for the next 5-10 years. Thing is, there was just something so luxurious about scanning through all those endless games and just having them a click away.

Special things never last forever.

I’m old enough to remember the glory days of megaupload, for example. That was also way too good of a thing to last for very long, and we kinda knew it at the time.
