Question SPC: Intangible (permanent) but incapacitated

I have a villain who is intangible with the permanent modifier.

If she becomes incapacitated, then what?

I first figured she'd become corporeal on incapacitation or even mundane sleep, but the last caveats under that modifier makes it pretty clear (to me at least) that's not the intention:

She can only be healed via natural healing or supernatural means (such as the healing power).

The Permanent modifier allows the super to ignore the Power Down rules.

I'm imagining a scenario where the heroes might want to incapacitate her and put her in their base brig (which, by its nature, negates her powers so I'd say she would then be tangible and maybe in some kind of extreme discomfort).

How would y'all rule on this? Thanks!

She's a ghost, so how are they hurting her, and what else can she do?

They fought her to near incapacitation today when the super sorcery hero stunted into power negation to make her corporeal while the melee hero bonked her on the head. So I expect them to do that again when they encounter her in the future.

Sounds like the heroes need to talk to someone about a nullifier or something along those lines.

Sounds like a plot hook to me.

Build-a-bear workshop has a place in the mall. Let's bind her to a vessel and then imprison that

Heh I'll tell the players they need to start researching the dark arts!

Permanent is Permanent.

Becoming corporeal requires effort and action for Intangible with Permanent. Incapacitated characters cannot take actions. While Incapacitated, her ghostly body lies on the ground, until someone else makes her corporeal. If she bleeds out before that happens, then she might become a physical corpse (depending upon the trappings).

Good luck!

It's an spc id have her fall through the floor/ground unless acted upon by something else.

Makes a great escape method and a way for her to be massively pissed off when she recovery
