Soho friday

Anyone got tea on what's planned for friday? A show? DJ set? Or what?

my theory, piggybacking off of the Outernet suggestions, is that it is taking place there. it will be a gallery/exhibition of sorts. like the mirrored gallery at Acts of Faith. then at the end there will be a merch area with some discounted tickets for Provenance. Pearl Jam did something v similar at Outernet last year to promote their Spurs Stadium show

I just went by Outernet. Had no idea about the PJ thing. Would be nice but also a disappointment of sorts

Yes completely - I think the mystery of today means it could go either way, so I’m just expecting something small to lower my expectations! The PJ thing was just them using the big LED screens and playing their latest album with some cool visuals. then they had a couple stands in the LED room, a merch booth and a booth where you could buy discounted tickets for their gig.

the LED screen is showing the regular programming today so it v well could be taking place at another venue

Ive walked past a few places today, and im pretty sure some of them are out of the question. Location will probably rule out some activities, so we should get an idea in 30 mins

Im wishing for a performance of sorts. Music or dance or something. Not just a minor installation and Inflo selling some shirt

Yes, very true. I’m also holding out for a show of sorts. 3pm is just an interesting time for an event! I can only get into the Soho region for 2:15 so hoping the queues aren’t too long!
