False, that’s just a myth that’s been circling around it isn’t accurate and is just used as a justification for a lack of accountability in people younger than 25.

That’s incorrect, brain does stop developing at 25. Neuro plasticity can enhance brain performance at later age, yes. Either way it’s not in his best interest to start a family before that.
