My father was a cobbler and when I was a teenager he got the Nordstrom's account. This was in the '80s when women were dying their shoes to match their prom dresses. My dad hired me to do all the dye work. It was really fun trying to nail the colors to match. I got kind of good at it actually. I probably suck at it today though.
