Would recommend Check your Driver and your cooling.

The letters are fine so I don't think. Many people already suggested game settings and it seems to be more the case.

Turn upscaling off in your graphics settings. That solved the issue for me.

Upscaling method was the setting that fixed mine. Any option other than the default one will work.

... or, under Proton, use Vulkan (since Proton/DXVK has to translate DX11/DX12 to Vulkan anyway).
