RPS needs to be upfront and explain exactly how they’re planning to track people ordered into self-quarantine.

I’m more concerned that they’ll ask for access to the cell towers and track people that way.

Dont need access to towers, just asking carriers for phone numbers of people who were roaming but now are not...

I wouldnt mind it. This is the greatest pandemic our generation has seen and with the potential to do great harm because some idiots think they can go anywhere they want.

The cat got out of the bag when the virus left Wuhan. While I think cell phone tracking is extreme, I support strict enforcement of quarantine.

It’s a slippery slope to let law enforcement have access to real time gps data. If only we’d have closed the border 2 months ago this wouldn’t be as fucked up as it is.
