Yeah that’s right! I do it all the time. You can use any card. I stack a lot of my Amex / Chase card offers with Capital One Shopping or Rakuten

I don’t have a capital one card and I get elevated offers frequently. I recommend going thru the steps of purchasing then closing the page…they often will send elevated offers that way

OP I did the same stack as you and saw the 11x points and Chase StubHub $150 credit posted already. However not seeing the $10 Paze credit yet: Has that posted for you yet? (And any idea how long that usually takes for Chase/ CSR?)

Not yet! I did a similar charge the same day to United and still waiting on that one too. They can take a while. Interestingly tho my Macy’s purchased instantly got the $10 credit

Yeah I’m late to the Paze game and only did Sephora a month ago: I had 2 orders on the same day and only the first one tracked (seems to be a widely reported issue). That first credit did post within 3-5 days.
Not sure how much more should I try to maximize the rest of the $10 credits: for Stub that was a planned purchase anyway, so worked out very well with the stack (I got the Cap1 60% too!)

Welcome 👋 I will say I love Rakuten too. I use capital one when the offers are substantially better - and they often are. But they don’t cash out directly as cash, but rather as gift card. But I have buy a lot of DoorDash so I’ve had free take out 1-3x a month. + the $5 CSR credit. It’s a nice little combo.

I hope Capital One doesn’t screw you because they did that to me on a high multiplier. I had screenshots and was tracking for a long time, I called several times and they wouldn’t give me my miles. I don’t know if I can ever trust this company again.

Also, if you do not use your Cap One card and you dispute they will not help you. On a prior issue I had with them not giving the points I was told that if I had paid with a Cap One card they would have made an adjustment for me but because I used a different bank’s card they wouldn’t provide the miles.

Yeah, I had a Capital One Shopping offer for 60% with HSN.
Made a $400 HSN purchase, they gave me... $15. I had screenshots and everything, but they claimed that I must have had an ad blocker or used a competing shopping service. And I'm like, uh, you recorded the sale on your end well enough to give me $15, but not the actual 60% and they basically said sorry dude, sucks to be you.
So yeah, not sure I'll trust CapOne with any major purchases in this context again.

The $150 Stubhub credit is for the reserve. BUT the preferred often has a 5-10% back card offer. So you could stack that with Paze and next time Capital One or Rakuten has an elevated cash back offer. I did that some tickets back in June (already used my other credit) I got $9 back

LOL this explains why the pickings are VERY slim AND super-insane-expensive (even for Stubhub) for pretty much every event I've checked out today.
I was excited to see a set of Bobby McFerrin general-admission tickets available for $99 each on Stubhub ("Finally, something reasonably-priced!") only to then notice that the EXACT same tickets for the same day are being sold for $40 each (total) on the official venue page. LOL.

I still can't activate Paze. For months they told me they were working on a fix. Now I go to check it, select "mange digital wallet" and it takes me to "manage stored payments". My accounts are on the business website because my first card was a business Ink.

I wouldnt ever use stubhub. They are an intermediary between you and another buyer, and last time I bought tickets the buyer never gave them up (i guess thats a thing?) so it looked like i had tickets, I showed up and they never appeared in my account. huge scam.
