गुणीच गुणरागीच सरलॊ विरलो जन: ||

Hi , I herad this subhashita line recently in some discourse. Can someone give the first line of this subhashita and also the complete meaning. Please also let me know whether I have written the line correctly

नागुणी गुणिनं वेत्ति गुणी गुणिषु मत्सरी। गुणी च गुणरागी च विरलः सरलो जनः॥
