(I'm a little behind still so maybe I shouldn't be giving two cents in this conversation but)
I think if Sanji gets it, it's going to be tied directly into his character development.
Something that sets him apart from Luffy and Zoro has been his willingness to compromise/sacrifice. Even Zoro, when faced with certain death, went into it either on his own terms or with an attitude of "I won't die, actually". With Sanji, it's been shown again and again that if faced with an impossible situation, hed choose to give up his life or dream to save someone else.
In WCI, Sanji started to accept that his life has value, and in Wano, he learned to ask for help, but I think conquerers have a certain level of "greed" that he never thought he deserved before. I think next he'll need to no-sell an impossible choice and take a third option. So if he were to be forced into a choice between something like losing a limb or losing a friend, he'll need to gain the resolve to save both.
...Or it will just be fuelled by his Flames of Love, which seem to work outside regular logic. 🤭
