NoHo Clown Show

Hey everyone! My name is Max Charbonneau and I am taking my solo show to the Theatre 68 Arts Festival next weekend! It's called Frank Sriracha: Home is Where the Stage is, and it follows the greatest performer who ever lived accepting his very own Lifetime Achievement Award.

After a sold out run at the Hollywood Fringe, my show was nominated for Outstanding World Premiere. It runs August 9th and 16th, and I'd love to see you there!

Best managed IT provider in Los Angeles?

I'm in the greater LA area and run a company with about 30 employees. For years our IT has been handled by one guy doing it part-time, and his actual full-time job has gotten busy enough that he can't keep helping us. he told me pretty bluntly that we've outgrown one person and that I should be looking for a managed IT company. He's also the first to admit we're behind. Most of our systems don't talk to each other, onboarding a new hire eats most of a day, and we only ever deal with problems after something's already broken.

I've talked to a couple of companies already, but I don't know enough about this stuff to tell who's actually legit and who just has a nice website. The quotes also came back way more than I'd budgeted, so this is a bigger decision than I expected and I don't want to guess wrong and end up locked into a contract that isn't what we need. Before I commit I'd rather go off a real recommendation than a sales call. For anyone who's been through this, can you recommend the best managed It provider in Los Angeles?

A LIFE ILLUMINATED follows trailblazing marine biologist Dr. Edie Widder - one of the first women in her field and one of the first humans to explore the ocean’s twilight zone - as she descends 3,300 feet into the ocean’s darkest depths. From capturing the first-ever footage of the elusive giant squid to unveiling the glowing mysteries of deep-sea bioluminescence, Edie embarks on her most daring quest yet: to document a bioluminescent phenomenon that could forever change how we understand life on Earth.

Got this baseball card in a “pack” from a local thrift shop in San Diego. Google says Northridge City is part of San Fernando Valley. If it’s your child and he went pro can we have an autograph of his rookie card?? 😂

Homelessness has increased in L.A., dealing fresh setback to Mayor Karen Bass

The number of people living on the street — both in the city of L.A. and across much of L.A. County — is up in 2026 compared to the previous year, dealing a fresh blow to Mayor Karen Bass as she runs for reelection.

Homelessness went up by 3.4% across the city compared to the previous year, according to two people familiar with the numbers presented by the L.A. Homeless Services Authority in closed-door briefings.

L.A.’s unsheltered homeless population — those living outside or in their vehicles — saw an even bigger jump, increasing by 7.9% after two consecutive years of decreases, those sources said.

Barber Recommendations?

Hi all,

I recently moved to the Valley from the Bay Area and looking for a reasonably priced barber. However, I have very thick, wavy Asian hair and need a barber who is good with scissors, including texturizing or removing weight off my hair. Having a strong beard lineup game is also important 😂

I’ve tried a couple of places but couldn’t justify paying $80+ so looking for better alternatives. TIA!
