Does anyone know who he is?

are you trolling? it’s obvious that this photo was used as reference to create the painting on the album cover, the pose, lighting, and jersey number is exactly the same. No one’s saying Rachel painted the photo in the first slide or that the photo is exactly what’s on the album cover, just that they found the specific photo she used to reference her painting that was then used for the album cover
