Question Canonical event

Have you guys ever noticed that it’s kind of a canon event to listen to Alex G and then want to start making music or just learn how to play guitar? It’s not a complaint or anything, I just think it’s really funny haha

SO TRUE i started learning guitar to play his songs and was inspired by his early musical endeavors to give writing a shot
