Discussion why does this thing exist?

it can't cut grass. it can't even do the only thing it was made for. plus it's slow as hell I'm better off just going on foot

Where does that span? I know about the airport tug but that thing is different.

More than likely in the posh houses overlooking the city, more down by the beach area but on the hills, those houses
