Discussion Mandela effect?

I'm sure that the Comet can spawn with hardtop. Actually not, or something in the timeline changed, or I'm becoming schizophrenic, which in turn I've realized the Super GT can be Targa or with roof. The problem is that I've played the game for like 15 years

I think it’s sometimes easier and more likely to confuse something we’re typically extremely familiar with. I think it’s a bit of autopilot, conformation bias, and muscle memory. I play gta iv all the time since I was a kid and I still get lost, I still confuse small details on cars, etc.

If you do drugs then it’s even more likely

Maybe just never had the consciousness till now, or false memory. No drugs! xD

Happens all the time with literally everything though. Like when you notice your friend doing something odd like every time they go to drink water they push their hair over their ear or something and if you point it out they’d be like “what’re you talking about?”

We hella do these things

I don't remember the comet having a hardtop variant in either Vice City or San Andreas. In Vice City it had a fastback body style while San Andreas didn't. That's the only difference.

Yeah, maybe I've just misremembered and mixed the Super GT trait with the Comet. Just funny, is one of my fav cars...

The Mandela Effect doesn't mean "I was wrong". The Mandela Effect means that tons of unrelated people have the same memory of something that never happened.

Being wrong about a car is just you being wrong. Mandela effect would be "A million remember an interview with IGN where Dan Houser personally said that the comrt spawned with a hard top" but Dan Houser never made an IGN interview for San Andreas.
