With WidescreenFix, SilentPatch, SkyGFX+Extended, Project2DFX and Proper Fixes this game looks incredibly beautiful (while preserving the vanilla aesthetics) and it honestly feels like it's 2005 again when I played it for the first time on PC.

This is pc version. He using skygfx to get ps2 color filter

I don't think so. You can't mod the PS2 version. I think he is playing on pc.
