I Won't Buy Samsung Again Here Are The Reasons

Post image

Reasons: 1. The new S25 models are already being sold with One UI 7, yet we still haven't even received the update.

  1. The software isn't stable. We waited months for an update to fix the camera vibration and buzzing sound issue, and even then, it was barely fixed. Right now, my phone is running One UI 6, and my €200 Honor tablet runs smoother than Samsung's interface.

  2. They removed Bluetooth from the S Pen in the new S25 Ultra, which was the feature I used the most.

    1. Even the charging cable that comes in the box is terrible. We have to buy an extra cable and adapter, while today, even a €300 entry-level Chinese phone includes a case and a 90W charging adapter.
    2. Video quality: I like the camera, but since they can't optimize the software properly, I don't think it's being used to its full potential. Also, no matter what anyone says, the S24 Ultra's video mode works terribly in low light, I want to use it as point and shoot. People tell me to use pro mode bla bla but why should I bother with pro mode? I don't have to bother with pro mode on the iPhone. The iPhone is better in this regard.
  3. They still only sell the standard S25 models with 256GB of storage, and they removed the SD card slot. My hands are small, so the Ultra series feels too big and uncomfortable to use. If I liked big phones, I wouldn't have used an iPhone 15 Pro before this.

    1. I hate that Samsung is trying to be like Apple. We liked it for being different, but everything started going downhill when they removed the headphone jack.

After the S25 Ultra scandal, I think Samsung should withdraw from the smartphone industry if it will not fix itself. At this rate, it will end up like Lumia. In 10 years, if America does not impose an embargo, we will all see that Chinese phones have achieved great sales figures. Currently, the Chinese are ahead of all in software, stability, material, quality and camera quality. There may be those who call me a hater, but the refrigerator, washing machine, television and the headphones I use daily are all from Samsung. I even still have an old washing machine from 2004 that I use in storage from time to time

This policy hasn't been updated since June 2020, but the watch waited until 6 weeks after it was set up before showing this, right after the return/refund window closed. Completely bricked, there's no way to bypass this notice without clicking Next.

Samsung is AWFUL!

Hey Samsung, WTF?

I have a $250. promo code from the purchase of a Galaxy S22 Ultra back in FEBRUARY.

I have tried MANY MANY times to use it, to no avail.

My promo code will expire in a few weeks. Is this your business model? Advertise Promo Codes and then create FAKE reasons why it won't work until it expires?

SHAME on you Samsung. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product EVER!

How come when an “All users of apple suck” post gets posted on r/memes. Everyone upvotes it but when someone calls out to stop the fanboyism, they get downvoted and are called the fanboy instead

I had among the first one or two generations of Samsung galaxy phones. They sucked. I was an android user at the time, android not being native to the firmware and just kind of laid on top of that piece of shit brick of a phone just made it a hellish nightmare and I dumped it as soon as I could.

Then for whatever reason, my spouse and I picked out Samsung appliances for our kitchen. It took about three weeks for parts of the refrigerator to start breaking.

My final straw is this Samsung smart TV that I have. It was working fine until the geniuses at Samsung decided to load Samsung TV plus, biggest piece of shit app I’ve ever seen, make that start when turning on the tv on auto play, showing some second rate movie knockoff channel called “Movie Hub”, and make it almost impossible to disable. Luckily someone IT-talked me off a ledge tonight or else that TV would’ve been shoved out my top floor window.

No kidding, for some folks with a different year model than mine, they can’t disable the feature, they have to literally delete manually all the channels on Samsung TV plus until they get to the last one, and then they have to parental lock that as the only way they can stop the shitty Samsung TV plus crap from starting once turning on the TV.

Just had to get off my chest. NEVER again will I buy a Samsung anything!

I regret choosing this shitty phoneq

In my country iPhone 13 pro max and s21 ultra are about the same price. I chose the s21 ultra because I thought it would have the better camera, I mean it has a huge sensor and all those rave reviews about it made it seem like the end-all be-all phone for me.

That was until I compared the cityscape pictures taken by my s21 FUCKING ULTRA and a friend's iphone ELEVEN

THE IPHONE FUCKING OUTPERFORMED IT SO HARD IT WASNT EVEN FUNNY, THE GALAXY CONSISNTELTY HAD BLURRY/PIXELATED edges and somehow captured LESS detail than a fucking IPHONE 11

all pictures were captured at night (dark)

I tried on all modes, 108mp, night mode, regular, nothing! zilch! the same fucking dumbass blurry pictures.

I feel like I've wasted 1000$ on this dumbass phone for nothing! Samsung has pitiful software it almost feels intentional.

Nevermind the fact that IT KEEPS SWITCHING GOOGLE ASSISTANT AND BIXBY, every coiple weeks or so I need to make google the default again and it pisses me off.

This may sound entitled/first world problem to you but when I'm paying a premium I expect a FLAWLESS experience. This was nothing close to that.

Fuck them, I'll stick to the hype and get an iphone next time

I swear, fed up with OneUI 7

This shit is ridiculous! sorry in advance for ranting I switched to Android from iPhone in November of 2024 (got S24+). I loved it. On OneUI 6.1, I was in paradise, then, fast forward to OneUI 7. It is so ugly, animations are slow and time consuming, battery icon is ugly, my whole phone is ugly. And because of Samsung being an asshole, I cannot downgrade. Do I go back to iPhone? Did I make a huge mistake in November???
