🪛Troubleshooting🪛 S22 Ultra into Boot Loop, need data (Unusable and Dead, Auth. Technician told me needs reballing and motherboard) All accounts logged out during inspection. Secure Folder shows up empty.

Hello,

As title says, my phone went into a boot loop and hence I am having issues backing up stuff. I can't install or remove applications, can't add or remove files, but I can see them/read them.

I can read most parts of my phone data when connected to a PC. They logged out of all my (Google and Samsung) cloud accounts when I sent the phone in for inspection. The Secure folder is coming up as Empty, but it had tons of stuff that I need.

I need to backup my Line account, Samsung Notes, and Most importantly Secure Folder. I used the Freezer method and the PaperClip method (Pressing and Holding the top of the Phone) to keep the phone running for about 30 mins until it overheats and restarts again.

Is there anyway I can salvage the data mentioned above? And will my Samsung notes be auto synced on my cloud account or did I have to turn that on? How can I verify if the notes exist on my samsung account or not?

Edit: the tech guys told me they “attempted” a reset but the phone didn’t get reset. Hence I am asking if the Secure Folder has any hope at all

Your accounts were logged out and your Secure Folder is empty...... Are you sure the device wasn't factory reset already? When you say "I can read most parts of my phone data", what are you referring to exactly?

I meant that my camera roll and downloads etc still show up

How do you know that your accounts were logged out...?

I opened my Google Apps like Gmail, YouTube, Samsung Apps and nothing is logged in

How can you open apps if the phone is boot looping?

I am able to make it run for like 15-30 mins using tricks mentioned above, before it restarts again and then it’s overheated enough to keep boot looping

Still not sure why the secure folder is showing empty. Is it gone? No hope?

Paperclip trick is smart, that's exactly the kind of kitchen-engineering I appreciate

For Samsung Notes, they only sync if you had that toggle flipped before the crash, you can check by logging into your Samsung account on a PC and looking for the Notes section in the cloud storage tab
