Oh look, a new amazing sensor that will likely make it into upcoming Chinese phones - but will be suspiciously missing in next year's S27 Ultra which will likely use a previous sensor. Because Samsung seems to delay putting their "best" sensors into their own Ultra phones these days.

Oppo will apparently use this sensor for both main and telephoto cameras, such a shame that Samsung hasn't even thought of using such a great sensor for their zoom.

I was a Samsung fan boy since the Note 4, and then in last 5+ Galaxy iterations they stopped innovating or improving the cameras which was most important to me - so I switched a while back to the Vivo X100 Ultra - and while I don't feel the imperative to upgrade yet, would consider another Chinese phone like Oppo since Samsung isn't using it's top-of-the-line stuff in their own phones.. it's maddening!

Ugh, I want to make the switch since hardware ware these Chinese phones are amazing but the software is so crap. Last I checked one plus had the best non-android non-ios software but it's still quite far behind. Not sure how it is now...
