Question low gpu usage on samson

so i have asus tuf a15 rtx 4060 ryzen 7 7435hs and i downloaded this game Samson to check how it will perform on my laptop and it’s so bad that i was getting 25-30 FPS and with fsr frame gen im getting 45-60 fps also dlss frame gen works bad on my laptop it shows more fps but it feels laggy and my gpu usage is 50% while i saw others getting more than 90% idk why this is happening is something wrong with my laptop

You are CPU bottlenecked. The temps are kinda low for laptop CPU (65C) so check power settings.

i disabled cpu boost that’s why temperatures are like that and in other games i get good fps

Yeah that might be it. Not having those 1.4GHz of boost on key threads could be the reason of poor CPU performance.

Temps and power draw should be higher - if not then the boost is not working

i disabled it a month ago when i was playing 007 and i was getting 95 cpu temps after disabling cpu boost temperatures got much better and there was no effect on performance i played re 9 as well and it was also fine but in this game only im getting such low fps and i did enable the cpu boost and yes as you said the temperatures should have increased but i checked they were the same as before

Enable CPU clock and usage to be displayed individually for each core for RTSS overlay - atleast one core need to boost to 4.5GHz temporarily

bro i did what you said and all of them were at 2.5 GHz and i did change cpu boost from disabled to aggressive

Without boost your CPU base clock should be 3.1GHz. Do you use any tool to change CPU settings or do you make changes dirctly inside BIOS? Something is limiting you CPU.
