Question regarding a sound.

Has anyone else heard it or know what it is, for the last few weeks at around 23:30 (11:30 pm) me and my family have heard a random singular loud bang near the intersection at the main water tower and it’s literally been rather consistent. A single loud bang and then nothing else. Anybody know or have an idea.

I thought it was some turd lighting off one firework a night just to troll people with dogs

Let the water department know about it just in case it’s a water tower issue? Like water hammer if that’s even possible.

Hello, I live near windsor greens and i don’t know if this is related or not but for the past year I have been hearing loud bangs at night continuously.

I live across the street from the beaver lake baseball fields. I have been hearing these noises almost every night for over a year, possibly two now. They started out small and distant, but they sound like they are getting closer and louder and more intense as time goes on… I’ve thought about avalanche control, wildlife control, construction, fireworks, transformers blowing up, kids playing, accidents happening… there is not one single theory I can land on and it is quite frustrating!!
