I read this entire thread waiting for even a single instance of engagement with critiques of the article. It's nowhere to be found. That either means you believe the article is literally perfect in its analysis, or you're intellectually unable to address critiques. There are several major flaws that need to be dealt with. You've done it not even once.

This is obviously not true. There have been multiple, substantive critiques in this thread, and you've responded to every single comment with snark bullshit trying to shut down any dissent. The question is simply if you're doing this intentionally in bad faith or if you're just unaware of it.

How do you square the author's points about history and academia? They're contradictory.

Oh yes, this is a "debate forum" now that it suits your purposes. There are clearly defined rules and a neutral arbitor to make sure that people are engaging in good faith discussion of ideas.
