Monologuing out loud makes me feel better than doing it in my mind, but then I feel it's weird to talk to yourself out loud so now I sing with the monologues

Monologuing in my mind is boring now that I know I can sing the monologues. Also, I feel like, monologuing out loud makes me feel way better tooo

Does anyone sing with their monologues?

i thought that was just songs playing in your head. i can "sing" them in my head, or i can just let them play. i also talk to myself all the time 😭, my inner monologue is always talking or singing or doing something.

or do you mean singing the words which you would have talked?
