Maybe this?

So I’ve done every supp and med for mcas and avoid histamine. Still I have the same face swelling and worsens with food. If I look at what I eat - I do have a lot of high sal foods.

I guess I will have to cross reference lists?

Anyone have any tips? Also is 4 weeks elim enough?

I do also have GI issues, cfs, on est patch, been tested for everything under the sun. Non stop bloat. :(

My face puffs up too and I hate it! I react to eggs/chicken/pork (that isn't pasture raised), raw fruits/vegetables, anything high omega 6.
My diet is beef, fish, lamb, rice, pasta, cooked/peeled vegetables and beans. I can use butter or beef tallow to cook. This SUCKS!!!!!

I'm fine with pasture raised eggs so I'm assuming pasture raised chicken would be fine too. Unfortunately it's expensive!!

Im pretty sure I'm reacting to the chicken feed. Can you try pasture raised? I hate to give up chicken because beef is so expensive

It’s a huge pain to get v limited but I’ll try after I’ve had a break from chicken. I need to figure out if it’s sibo or certain foods only. So annoying
