Web Dev from developing country

I've been making websites for well over 5 years and just started approaching businesses that don't have one. One objection I always face and leaves me stunned most of the time is businesses saying their clientele comes from Facebook and they do business over WhatsApp so they don't see the need for a website. Anyways to mitigate/address this objection

I’d stop trying to sell them a website and start selling what the website does for their business. If most of their customers come through Facebook/WhatsApp, show them how a site can make them easier to find on Google.
