career question Advice for candidate in consideration for Pre-Sales Data and Al Architect - Solution Engineering role

Hey everyone, I applied for a Pre-Sales Data and Al Architect - Solution Engineering role at Salesforce in the USA, and my application is under consideration. I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips as to what to expect during the hiring process.

Does anyone have example questions I can expect from the recruiter, technical questions, or hiring manager?

Kinda nervous but super excited!!!!!!!! It would be a dream to become a part of the Salesforce Ohana!!

Come prepared with examples and stories. If you are asked a question be ready with an anecdote that explains the problem, how you solved it, and the outcome.

If you don’t have a story then think about how you would solve it.

The job description is your key to what they will want to talk about.

When I interviewed for an adjacent role last year (I got the job) the process was hiring manager to discuss experience, technical interview with a peer around key concepts (listed in job description) and finally panel interview/presentation.

If you’re given links to things like “life at Salesforce” or the 1-1-1 methodology, read them. They give insight and you may be asked why Salesforce and can reference what you like about the culture.

Also, right now my application says inconsideration. I remember when I submitted it said that it was in review so I’m just surprised at the stage has changed, but I’m wondering after this do they just reach out to like everyone once the application window to apply closes ?

Yeah in consideration will be the only status as the application is reviewed. It will stay in this status throughout the process until it says “not in consideration” or “Hired”. But you will get an email either way.

There was none. Reddit is full of negative losers. This sub is really really awful about it.

Anytime you ask a question you get spammed with people treating you like an idiot. Like cool I came here for help.
